
Jan. 10, 2023 — DENTON — The U.S. Division of Schooling has awarded a $1.2 million grant geared toward supporting psychological well being efforts for Okay-12 college students to 2 Texas Girl’s school members.
Lisa Grubbs, PhD, and Bonnie King, PhD, school members in Human Growth, Household Research and Counseling within the Faculty of Skilled Schooling, will use the grant to fund coaching and subject expertise in school-based psychological well being providers for TWU college students. In flip, the TWU college students would apply their coaching to serve Okay-12 college students at Uplift Schooling constitution colleges.
