WVU Medication Kids’s 2023 Gala raises over $1.3M to help pediatric medical care and analysis

MORGANTOWN, W.VA. – The 19^th annual WVU Medication Kids’s Gala raised greater than $1.3 million to profit West Virginia kids and their households. 

Greater than 1,200 individuals gathered on Saturday on the Morgantown Marriott at Waterfront Place for a night of “Gilded Glamour.” The black-tie occasion included a cocktail reception, silent public sale, dwell leisure, dinner, and extra.

All proceeds from the occasion, minus bills, help WVU Medication Kids’s mission to construct more healthy futures for our kids. 

“We’re grateful for our devoted supporters who’ve made this significant occasion a hit for the 19^th 12 months,” Amy L. Bush, B.S.N., M.B.A., R.N., C.N.O.R., WVU Medication Kids’s chief administrative officer, mentioned. “It was a phenomenal night time of honoring our compassionate and beneficiant donors for his or her philanthropy, volunteerism, and advocacy. Their generosity helps us fulfill our mission of making hope and constructing more healthy futures for our kids.”

Dr. Rosen is a pediatric anesthesiologist at WVU Medication Kids’s and professor and vice chair of analysis for the WVU College of Medication Division of Anesthesiology. 

“Now we have been supporting the care of youngsters for a number of years,” Rosen mentioned. “Our purpose is to offer kids impacted by illness the most effective reward potential – a lifetime of adventures.”
